Description/Blazon
A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per bend Azure and Buff between a Pegasus rampant Or and a keystone Gules a bend of the like fimbriated of the third. Attached below the shield a Black bipartite scroll doubled and inscribed "WITHOUT COMPROMISE" in Gold.

Symbolism
Buff and scarlet are the colors traditionally used by Support organizations. Gold is emblematic of honor and high achievement. The keystone, symbol of strength and reinforcement, highlights the battalion's home state of Pennsylvania. Pegasus, the winged steed of Greek mythology, and blue recall the unit's aviation support mission and lineage.
